OPP charge 12-year-old in Harriston bus fire

The OPP have charged a 12-year-old with arson after a parked school bus was set on fire in Harriston.

Provincial Police say fire officials were called to the vehicle fire on Webb Street just after 8 p.m. on Friday, June 30th.

The parked school bus wasn’t being used at the time and there were no injuries.

OPP have concluded the investigation into the fire and have charged the pre-teen with arson.

Damage to the bus is estimated at over $30,000.
