Man shot dead in Regent Park identified

Police have identified the man killed in a drive-by shooting Sunday night.

hirty-year-old Lemard Champagnie was shot after several people in a black S-U-V opened fire on him in Regent Park.

Police say another man was targeted but escaped uninjured to a nearby home.

Police say they are still trying to understand the relationship between the victim and shooters and are asking for anyone with knowledge to come forward.
