Final paving work in Uptown Waterloo put on hold again

Final paving work in Uptown Waterloo will be put on hold once again.

GrandLinq says the delay is due to anomalies found over the weekend during the final testing along Caroline ahead of laying asphalt.

Paving work was expected to start yesterday after being postponed due to weather the week prior.

GrandLinq says more testing will have to take place along Caroline before a date for paving can be set.
