A big anniversary for the Cambridge Fire Department on Saturday.

2017 marks the 175th anniversary for fire fighting in the city, and they’re inviting all of us to come out and help them celebrate!

A parade of fire trucks will head towards Dickson Park starting at 10 a.m., and opening ceremonies get underway around 12:30 p.m.

Fire fighters will be there throughout the afternoon offering demonstrations, safety tips, and a little bit of local history.

There will also be food trucks and a beer garden — the perfect combination for a sunny Saturday!
