A Kitchener woman was trapped inside of her vehicle after a serious crash on Idle Creek Drive.
Police say a woman was driving down Idle Creek near Ardwood on Friday afternoon when she suddenly lost control of her vehicle.
The vehicle hit two curbs, drove onto a lawn, and came to rest between a tree and a house.
Emergency crews arrived to help extract the 82-year-old woman from her mangled vehicle, and police say it was completely demolished.
The woman was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Police say there’s still no property damage estimates available, and the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
