It will be Erie and Owen Sound in the OHL’s Western Conference Final.

Warren Foegele scored 10:40 into overtime to lift the Otters over London 5-4 in Game 7 of their semi-final on Tuesday.

The Western Conference Final will start in Erie on Friday.

Mississauga and Peterborough will decide the Eastern Conference Final. That opens Thursday night in Peterborough.

There are no shortage of local connections in that one. The Petes have Waterloo’s Steven Lorentz. The Steelheads feature the Kitchener connection of Nathan Bastian, Jacob Cascagnette and Nic Hague.
