Police are warning homeowners to use caution after multiple copper wire thefts in Guelph.
Guelph Police say they were called to a break and enter at a Johnston Street business over the weekend, where wiring from transformers had been stolen.
Police were then called to the Gosling Gardens area on Monday where a home that was under construction had been entered, and approximately $500 worth of copper wire was taken.
Police are reminding us all to be extra vigilant if we live in areas where homes are actively being built or renovated, and to contact them if we spot any suspicious activity.
