The Kitchener Rangers are playoff bound.

They clinched a spot with a 4-3 win over the Guelph Storm at The Aud on Tuesday night. It was their 20th win of the season on home ice.

Rookie Giovanni Vallati scored the game winner, his fifth of the season.

Connor Bunnaman also potted his 30th goal. He has 43 points in 56 games.

There’s one more regular season meeting with Guelph, the East Avenue Blue hold a 5-2 advantage.

The Rangers visit the IceDogs on Thursday. 570 NEWS has the pre-game show at 6:35 p.m.

If the playoffs started today, Kitchener would face the London Knights in the first round.
