Man stabbed during fight in downtown Guelph

A man is being treated for stab wounds after a fight in downtown Guelph.
Guelph Police say a man and woman from Brampton were stopped by two men looking for a cigarette late Monday night.
The two suspects demanded cash.
The victim was then stabbed in the chest. He also fractured a knee.
His injuries are described as non life-threatening.
The suspects are both white and in their 20’s. They were wearing dark coats and one had a toque with a pom-pom.
