Another ‘creepy clown’ sighting in Waterloo?

Waterloo Regional Police are looking into another possible “creepy clown” sighting in Waterloo.

It happened around 4am Thursday in the area of King and Ezra.

Police tell 570 News someone looked out there window and saw what appeared to be a clown holding a stick coming out of a garbage chute.

Officers checked out the location and did not find anyone matching the description.
