Regional police have located missing Toronto man

Regional police say they have located a missing Toronto man, who was visiting our region for local Homecoming celebrations.

20-year-old Nicholas Stasiw was reported missing Saturday night in the area of University Avenue West and Albert Street in Waterloo.
