Armed robbery at Kitchener variety store

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Kitchener variety store.
Just before 10pm Monday, two men went into the store on Highland Road, demanding lottery tickets and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say one suspect had a knife and both fled on foot.
Officers were able to locate the knife and lottery tickets near the store a short time after.
The owners have asked to not have their store name released in fear of further incidents/copy cats.
Suspect descriptions:
1 – white male, wearing dark pants, grey long sleeve shirts, baseball hat, blue bandana over face.
2 – white male, black shoes with white sole, camouflage pants, black hoodie, blue bandana over face.
