The East Avenue Blue are back in town.
The Kitchener Rangers open training camp at the Kitchener Auditorium today.
Dozens of players will be vying for a spot on the roster– some familiar faces, and some new ones.
Among the veterans on the training camp roster are Adam Mascherin, Frank Hora and Jake Henderson.
Practices begin tonight and run through the weekend leading up to their preseason home opener Sunday afternoon against Mississauga.
Prior to the game, the team is holding its annual Fan Fest and Barbecue in support of Children’s Wish Foundation from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., when the puck drops at the Aud.
