Blue-green algae found in Conestogo Lake

Be careful if you’re heading to Conestogo Lake.

The Grand River Conservation Authority found blue-green algae Monday, thanks to the hot, dry weather.

The algae contains a toxin that could make you or your pets sick, but your boat will still be fine.
