Annual commercial vehicle safety blitz takes over Kitchener Auditorium

You may have noticed a heavy police presence at the Kitchener Auditorium as OPP and Waterloo Regional Police conducted their annual commercial vehicle blitz.

The large-scale blitz is put on by the Ontario Police Commercial Vehicle Committee, and is a general commercial motor vehicle, truck and driver safety initiative that is focused on all aspects of safety compliance under the Highway Traffic Act and other pieces of legislation.
