SIU probing death of man at Guelph hotel

The Special Investigations Unit is investigating the death of a 25-year-old man inside the Holiday Inn Express on Silvercreek Parkway North in Guelph.
He has been identified as Zachary Gallant of Guelph.
The SIU says an employee called police around 2am about noise coming from one of the rooms.
Officers with the tactical unit entered the room around 4am, where the body of the man was discovered.

Four investigators and one forensic investigator have been assigned to the case.
