Guelph wrestler headed to Rio Olympics

Korey Jarvis will be packing his bags for Rio this summer.

The wrestler, from Guelph, booked a spot with a win at the Pan American Olympic Qualifier in Texas over the weekend.

Jarvis defeated Venezuela’s Vivenes Urbaneja after receiving a first round bye.

The Rio Olympics begin on August 5th.
