Fraud arrest made in Guelph

Police in Guelph have arrested two suspects in connection with the theft of debit and credit cards from vehicles in December and January.

Investigators say they arrested a man and woman on Thursday and seized a card reader-duplicator, a device used to store and duplicate data from credit and debit cards.
The suspects face charges that include unauthorized use of credit cards.
