Kitchener mayor to attend U-N climate conference

Kitchener’s mayor will head to the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Paris.

Berry Vrbanovic will be at the conference from Thursday to Sunday.

Prince Charles delivered the keynote address at the conference on Monday, urging world leaders including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to think of their grandchildren in seeking a deal.

Charles described climate change as the greatest threat faced by humanity.
