Kitchener man recovering after falling from a tree

A tree trimming mishap in Kitchener has landed a man in hospital.

Regional Police say the 35-year-old was attempting to cut down a tree in his yard on Second Avenue on Saturday when he fell from the tree.

He was airlifted to hospital.

Police say his injuries are non-life threatening.
