Beaverbrae reunion connects different generations of new Canadians

A reunion in Kitchener is connecting newcomers to Canada of different generations, from post-second world war to the present day.

The Beaverbrae reunion kicked off yesterday at Bethel Lutheran Church.

“CLWR has never done a Beaverbrae reunion, but the Bethel Lutheran Church has before in 2010. We’re excited to be apart of the event and provide a place where residents can get together and remember the journey they made to become new Canadians.”

The reunion continues today until noon and arden the event is free and that all are welcome.
