Man spotted committing indecent act near Preston cenotaph

A bizarre incident in the area of the cenotaph on King Street in Preston.

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for a man who witnesses say was committing an indecent act around 2pm on Wednesday.

The man is described as white, 60 to 70 years old with a thin build.

He was wearing a green hat, a grey shirt and pants.
