Kitchener man seriously injured after construction accident

The Ministry of Labour has been called in after an incident at a construction site in the Huron and Battler area of Kitchener yesterday.

Around 2:30 in the afternoon, a Kitchener man was removing scaffolding from the site when the scaffolding struck a live overhead hydro line.

The 31-year-old was sent to hospital with serious injuries.
