Man uses Skype to persuade others to commit sexual offences

A 31-year-old Toronto man is facing charges after police say a man actively sought out parents online and tried to persuade them to commit incest.

Police say investigators executed a search warrant Thursday at a home in the city’s west end and a man was arrested.

Paul De Pedra is charged with two counts of agreement to commit a sexual offence against a child.

Police say they believe there may be other victims, adding the man was known online as “porkchop83@live.com”, “porkythepig83”, “sweetporkchop77,” and “PAUL” on Skype.
