Cambridge is getting a new hotel on the Grand.
A planning committee has given the okay for a 12-story tower in Galt.
The owners of the Cambridge Mill, Pearle Hospitality, are behind the plans by the Waterscape condo
project.
The Record reports 90 hotel suites, over 100 condo units and underground parking will go in on Water
Street.
Some coal tar clean-up needs to happen on the site first. That will cost over $5-million.
