Charges are pending after a construction worker fell two floors at a work site in Waterloo.
The incident happened just after 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday at 46 King Street, in Uptown Waterloo.
Police say the man fell from the second floor to the first floor of a building under renovation.
The 46-year-old Kitchener resident was taken to Grand River Hospital with serious non-life threatening injuries.
The Ministry of Labour has taken over the investigation.
