Power outage in Kitchener affecting 700 customers

The lights are out for about 700 customers in the Victoria, Westmount and King area of Kitchener.
Kitchener Wilmot Hydro have crews on scene and say wires are down.
They expect power to be restored in 4 hours and should be restored around 6:30 p.m.
