A jury in the murder trial of David Thomas won’t hear evidence until next week.
The jury has been finalized, but there are last-minute legal arguments that have delayed the process.
The Record reports, it’s been delayed until at least Monday.
The 52-year old Thomas, pleaded not guilty this week to the second degree murder of his girlfriend more than eight years ago.
