It’s a pretty good bet you won’t see any trick or treaters dressed up as beachcombers or surfers tonight.
It’s going to be chilly and wet.
570’s Weather Specialist John Wilson says this will be one of the more miserable Halloweens in a few years.
He says showers today will change over to wet flurries at or around trick or treating time.
He says making matters worse will be brisk winds that will make it feel like -4 at times.
