401 to close again Saturday at 10pm

All lanes of the 401 will once again be closed from Highway 8 to Highway 24 starting at 10pm this Saturday.
The closure will last until 7am on Sunday.
The MTO says the closure is necessary for bridge work at Speedsville Road.
Detours supplied by MTO:
- Westbound traffic via Regional Road 24 (Hespeler Road), Maple Grove Road, Sportsworld Drive, Regional Road 8 (King Street East)
- Eastbound traffic via Regional Road 8 (King Street East), Sportsworld Drive, Maple Grove Road, Regional Road 24 (Hespeler Road)

Highway 8 traffic will be rerouted along the following local road detours:
- Eastbound traffic to Highway 401 East via Sportsworld Drive, Maple Grove Road, Regional Road 24 (Hespeler Road)
NOTE: Drivers should expect delays. Motorists are requested to use alternate routes. The Ministry of Transportation regrets any inconvenience caused by these closures.
