Oktoberfest getting over $87,000 from the feds

It’s getting close to that time of year again!
The 46th edition of the Kitchener Waterloo Oktoberfest kicks off October 10th – and has received a bit of a financial boost from the Government of Canada.
In a release issued today, Kitchener Centre MP Stephen Woodworth says the government has committed $87,200 through the ‘Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage program.’
