Pharmacists in high demand, study suggests

Jobless numbers for July will come out today – this just after a new study released by Workopolis of where the jobs are.
The study analyzed more than seven million resumes on the job search website and found that 97 per cent of those who studied nursing are working in the field.
VP of HR @ Workopolis Tara Talbot tells 570 news pharmacists are also highly in demand.
“We’re seeing that in house places, hospitals, clinics, every pharmacy, every drug store on every corner needs a pharmacist and you have to have a lot of education.”
Analysis of the millions of resumes also showed that 13% of students are staying in school longer in 2014, compared to the year 2000.
