Councillor Tucci not re-running

Cambridge’s Ward 4 will have a new councillor after October’s vote.
Ben Tucci will not be on the ballot in Cambridge or for a seat on regional council.
He tells The Record he’s just stepping away from municipal politics, but the 58-year-old hasn’t ruled out a return once he retires.
Tucci has been a Cambridge city councillor since 1997.
So far, five candidates have filed their nomination papers in Ward 4. Municipal elections are set for October 27th.
