WCDSB votes da Silva as new chair

Trustees of the Waterloo Catholic District School Board have elected a new chair.

Cambridge-North Dumfries trustee Manuel da Silva takes over the role.

He replaces Kitchener-Wilmot trustee Wayne Buchholtz who has stepped down to run for a seat on Kitchener City Council.

Buchholtz will remain on as a trustee.
