Kitchener man charged after making threats with knife

A Kitchener man faces several charges following an altercation in the Old Chicopee Drive area of the city Tuesday night.

Regional Police say they were called out around 9:30 after receiving reports of a man waving around a machete-type knife and threatening someone he knows.

No one was hurt.

A 26-year-old man is charged with weapons dangerous and criminal harassment.
