Candy names discouraged for e-cigarettes

Owners of a variety of brands geared toward children are battling to keep flavoured nicotine in electronic cigarettes from using names such as Thin Mint and Tootsie Roll.
Several companies, including General Mills and Tootsie Roll Industries, have sent cease-and-desist letters to makers of the nicotine product.
They’re trying to prevent electronic cigarettes from being marketed to kids.
The devices heat a liquid nicotine solution in order to create a vapour that users inhale.
