Workplace accident under investigation

A construction worker is recovering in hospital after falling about 30 feet while working on a building under construction in Kitchener.Regional Police describe his injuries as non-life threatening.

Police say he was on a 4th floor balcony at the building on Rittenhouse Road yesterday afternoon when the temporary railing gave way and he fell.

Police say the Ministry of Labour has been notified.
