Gasoline prices at spring high

Jason Toews, the co-founder of GasBuddy.com, says the national average price for regular gasoline has never been this high at this time of the year.
The website says the national average for regular is just under $1.38 a litre.
The all-time high is $1.42, which was set in September of 2008.
In Vancouver and Montreal, regular sells for just over $1.50.
