Special weather statement – A lot rain on the way

Soggy weather is on the way to Waterloo Region and area.
A special weather statement has been issued with Environment Canada warning of a system moving up from the U-S Gulf coast that’s expected to arrive here today.
It says we could receive between 15 and 25 millimetres or up to an inch of rain.
On the bright side, Thursday should be the warmest day of the year for southern Ontario with temperatures expected to climb into the mid to upper teens.
