Rainfall warning lifted

A rainfall warning has been cancelled for Waterloo Region, Guelph and Wellington County.
Environment Canada says a sharp cold front extending from the storm centre into southwestern Ontario will blast eastward southern Ontario this morning and eastern Ontario into Quebec this afternoon.
570’s Weather Specialist, John Wilson says we could see winds from the southwest between 60 and 80 km/h.
Environment Canada had been warning of the potential of 50-mm of rain between Thursday and today.
