Video: Harb & Brazeau charged over Senate expenses

The RCMP formally charged former Liberal Senator Mac Harb and former Conservative Senator Patrick Brazeau with breach of trust and fraud. Gilles Michaud, RCMP Assistant Commissioner, made the announcement in Ottawa on Tuesday.
