A second candidate for Waterloo Mayor

A second candidate has announced plans to run for mayor of Waterloo this fall.
Dave Jaworsky says he will file his nomination papers this morning.
Jaworsky is a graduate of the University of Waterloo who was an executive with BlackBerry.
He’s also served on the boards of several community organizations.
He joins Dave MacDonald as the two candidates to emerge so far for the city’s top job.
