570 News has learned a missing Whitby man is originally from Waterloo Region.
Jeff Boucher was born in Kitchener and attended Eastwood Collegiate Institute. His family describes him as an avid athlete, dependable and a very private person.
Boucher has not been seen since Monday morning. Police believe the 52 year old went out for a jog.
Jeff’s mother, Mary Boucher tells 570 News it’s very trying and hard on everyone in the family.
“It’s kind of hard talking to us about him right now when we’re in a state of not knowing what happened to him.” said Bruce Boucher, Jeff’s father.
