Arrests made after Waterloo attack in November

Police have made a pair of arrests in connection with what they call a targeted attack in Waterloo.
Two 15 year old boys were recently arrested.
On November 26th, around 9pm, a teen was assaulted by two suspects with a weapon prior to fleeing the area on foot. The victim was treated for his injuries at hospital.
The attack happened in the area of 300 Hazel Street.
