Speed and alcohol likely factors in Cambridge crash

A Cambridge man is charged with careless driving and failing to remain at the scene of an accident following a single vehicle crash late last night.

Police say a vehicle was travelling along Beaverdale Road just after 11 o’clock when it left the road and rolled several times.

Police say the driver was not hurt and a female passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say speed and alcohol are believed to have been factors in the crash.
