Facebook interested in BlackBerry?

Word is another big player is interested in BlackBerry.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday that BlackBerry is in talks with Facebook.

Daniel Bader with mobilesyrup.com is a bit wary of this potential suitor, however, hoping for other interested buyers to be successful.

Bader feels a deal with co-founder Mike Lazaridis, or with Fairfax Financial, would be the best idea for Blackberry.

The news came on the same day BlackBerry announced 300 more people were being laid off.

Meantime, BBM is now being used by 20 million iPhone and Android users.
