Two Wellesley Township men charged in Kitchener murder

A father and son from Wellesley Township are in police custody and formally charged with second degree murder in relation to the death of 38-year-old Anton Radisic from Oakville.

Radisic was found Sunday morning in his flipped vehicle on King Street between Scott Street and Eby Street, with a puncture wound to his torso.

The investigation has determined he was involved in an altercation just moments before on Harold Avenue.

44-year-old Stephen McNaney and 18-year-old Martin McNaney are charged with second degree murder, and will appear back in court on Thursday — Martin in court, while his father Stephen will appear via video conference.

Waterloo Regional Police Staff Sergeant Shaena Morris says “the relationship between the parties is under investigation.”

Homicide investigators are continuing their investigation, asking any witnesses to contact them at the Homicide Branch at 519-653-7700 ext. 8666 or Crime stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
