Pedestrian hit by Guelph transit bus

A pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries after being struck by a Guelph Transit bus Wednesday night.
The incident happened on Macdonell Street near the Guelph Central Station bus terminal around 6:45 p.m.
The pedestrian was crossing Macdonell Street from when he was struck by the left side of the bus.
In a release, Interim General Manager of Guelph Transit says they are working with Guelph Police to investigate the collision.
The pedestrian has been released from hospital.
