A ruling is expected in the Grand River Transit roundabout crash later this fall.
It was back in 2011 that a St. Mary’s High School student was hit by a bus
in the roundabout at Homer Watson and Block Line Road.
The Record reports closing arguments wrapped up on Tuesday.
The judge is expected to rule in late October.
16-year-old Cassi Lam received serious injuries.
Rafael Quintanilla has pleaded not guilty to careless driving.
