Four charged after search of two Kitchener homes

Regional Police have charged four Kitchener residents, all in their 20’s, after two homes were searched in the city.

The first search warrant was executed on Chandler Drive at 5:30 Wednesday morning, and later that afternoon, a home on Lancaster Street West was searched.

A large amount of stolen property was recovered along with a quantity of drugs, cash, prohibited weapons and firearms.

Police are still sorting through a variety of property seized that they believe is stolen, including laptops, bikes, video games and consoles.

Twenty-two year old Jesse Nicholls, 26 year-old, Michael Nicholls, Cory McEvoy, 27, and Kayla Wiggers, 21, all face various charges and will appear in court Thursday.
